Certain Carriers are Unable to reach a Location
This is generally due to a local outage from an external carrier but can be worked around in certain situations.
Call records will be needed for any further troubleshooting
- Check our status page for any updates on ongoing issues at http://status.simplevoip.us/
- Make sure you verify what carriers are being affected such as Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Fios, Spectrum, Frontier, etc.
- If possible, try to use a phone from a separate part of the country from that provider to call the site and record results
- Send call log information to Simplevoip2@cisvpn.com including what site, what time, and what time zone the call was sent, from what number, to what number and we will be able to start investigation and escalation immediately.
