Certain Carriers are Unable to reach a Location
This is generally due to a local outage from an external carrier but can be worked around in certain situations.
Call records will be needed for any further troubleshooting.
- Check our status page for any updates on ongoing issues at https://status.simplevoip.us
- Make sure you verify which carriers are being affected such as Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Spectrum, Frontier, etc.
- If possible, try to use a phone from a separate part of the country from that provider to call the site and record results
- Send call log information to support@simplevoip.com including the site number, what time the call occurred, and the source and destination numbers, and we will be able to start investigation and escalation immediately.
