We've revamped our shipping status tracking for better reliability. Instead of relying on email formats, we're obtaining structured data directly from our equipment shippers.
Admin Portal Performance Boost
We've optimized the Admin Portal's report generation for faster output and improved operations, ensuring a smoother and more responsive user experience.
Addressed and rectified a bug where phone configurations became uneditable following equipment swaps.
New Call Handling Report
We've introduced a new report feature in the Admin Portal. Make informed decisions with richer data at your fingertips and dive deeper into your call metrics with our "Call Handling Report."
Access this feature via the SimpleVoIP Portal in Global Apps on the 'Call Reports' Tab. Then, select the 'Call Handling' tab to view detailed insights such as:
- Inbound calls per site.
- Calls handled by the Auto-Attendant Menu
- Missed inbound calls
- Total inbound talk time.
- Outbound call statistics.
- Total outbound talk time.
SV Mobile App Update: Our SimpleVoIP app has been upgraded to support MMS, allowing you to send files, photos, videos, and more.
