HOW TO ADD KAZOO APPS FOR CUSTOMER END USERS AND ADMINS
Allowing Kazoo App Access to End Users
- Go to Apps Page in Kazoo under the Customer Subaccount
- Click on the Blue App Exchange tab in the lower left of your screen
- Click on the App you want to enable for the end-users’ access and click the On/Off toggle to On, select All users, and then click the Green Save at the Bottom Right.
- The User Portal App has now been enabled for all users.
- Make sure to note which Apps should belong to end-users and which Apps belong to Admin users. For Example, Operator Console and User portal are for End Users while the Smart PBX and Advanced call flows are for Admins only.
- Now that your apps are enabled, you need to update the user's login credentials in SmartPBX. Click on the user's name and change the email address and password. Please see the Note from the system when changing credentials. There is a link to have the credentials emailed to the user when clicking that link.
