Improvements to CDR (Call Detail Record) Reporting Accuracy
We've improved our CDR reporting accuracy for calls handled by auto-attendants. This change now provides user talk time stats, excluding ring time and time spent waiting at the menu before speaking to someone. Additionally, we've improved how we capture and report menu selections for customers configured to track them.
Faster SimpleVoIP Mobile Reprovisioning Requests
SV Mobile reprovisioning requests for certain customers were delayed but should now be significantly faster.
Batched Signing of Quotes
We fixed bugs inhibiting batched signing of quotes, enabling our customers to generate one quote for multiple locations and approve multiple quotes with one click.
Yealink w70 Wireless Phone DECT Stats
Yealink w70 now reports DECT stats like battery level and signal strength in our admin portal, giving customers more visibility into their wireless phone performance.
SMS API and Webhooks
Our new API is now available for SMS, allowing outbound sending via properly configured numbers. As a result, customers can now have full-text messaging capabilities through their website, POS system, or other systems. In addition, webhooks can now be configured to track incoming and outgoing SMS messages.
Cleaned Up Duplicate Device Templates
We fixed a bug causing duplicate device templates on our portal, ensuring unique and accurate templates for better device management.
Hourly and Daily Completion Reports
We have updated our call chart system, displaying call records and daily statistics, and included clarifying language in our hourly and daily completion reports. Additionally, we have streamlined the presentation of the hourly completion report to align with the daily report format.
