We have successfully resolved the temporary issue with the device status display in the admin portal by providing a bug fix.
Playable Call Recording
we have rectified the temporary issue pertaining to unplayable call recordings through the admin portal.
Changes Made to E911 Now Done in the Admin Portal
We made a provisioning change to prevent user overrides from being configured incorrectly. Customers can no longer modify E911 settings through user.simplevoip.us. Instead, the admin portal must be used to make any adjustments.
Automatic Support Ticket for Provisioning SMS Service
Another feature we have introduced is the automatic opening of a support ticket when provisioning SMS service via the user portal in the event that additional carrier provisioning is required. This ensures that any issues with SMS service provisioning are addressed promptly, and customers can access this essential feature as quickly as possible.
Timestamps for Callers in Different Time Zones
Lastly, SimpleVoIP is working to ensure that all timestamps displayed in the admin portal are accompanied by time zone information. This will eliminate any confusion about when phone calls occur between different time zones.
