Thank you for your interest in using SMS/MMS services with your business. Please read this article and follow the directions carefully to help us register your business to be able to send SMS and MMS messages safely. Without a properly registered brand and all phone numbers assigned to a campaign, we are not allowed to provide SMS service to you.
Why do I need to create a brand and a campaign?
The primary reason is to ensure your text messages get delivered to your customers and are not flagged as spam. To clarify, a "campaign" isn't what you think it is. We know you're probably not sending out a mass text marketing campaign. This applies to normal texting between employees and customers or friends via the mobile app, curbside application or our desktop app. "Campaign" is just the word the industry chose to use.
Step 1: Prepare
Make sure you have everything needed on the form, including your website, company FEIN and if you have any contact us forms that ask for a phone number you will need an SMS disclosure clearly stated on each form. You must also have a link to an SMS/MMS privacy policy. As an example, please refer to this customer's web form where you will see both at the bottom of the form: https://www.cotgreaveagency.com/contact-us. The easiest thing to do is simply download the attached PDF file and insert your company's information and post it on your website on all contact forms.

Step 2: Submit the information form
Open a ticket with us with the subject "10DLC Brand Registration" by sending an email to support@simplevoip.com. We will respond and provide a link to our onboarding questionnaire for you to support.
Step 3: Review and Submission Process
We will review your application and verify everything provided. Once verified we will submit your application to The Campaign Registry. This may take up to a week to complete verification and approval. If we run into any rejections we will reply in this ticket.
Step 4: Service Activation
Once we receive an approval we will set up your numbers for SMS/MMS and notify you.
Costs
Your account will be invoiced $10 per brand and $25 per campaign for the initial setup. You will be charged $20 per month per active campaign. Please note we are allowed a maximum of 50 phone numbers assigned to a campaign. Most companies just need 1 brand and campaign.
