Congratulations! Your new phone system has been activated and is ready for you to log in and personalize the settings. If you ordered new equipment please watch your email for a shipment notification with tracking numbers. If you are porting your number to us or if we're installing your equipment you'll also receive communication from us separately. If you have any questions please reach out to us.

1. Personalize your phone system. We've set up the basic for you already, but we'd suggest logging in and spending 5-10 minutes naming your phones and setting up your preferred call handling, as well as learning about all the cool things our system can do for your business. Use the login info below and follow this online guide.

2. Prepare your network for VoIP. Read this online guide to make sure your location is ready for your new phones. Voice quality and your overall experience depends on a solid network and Internet connection.
3. Transfer your phone numbers. If you are porting your phone number from another provider, make sure you have requested a port date and received a separate confirmation from us. This process typically takes 5-10 business days and you will receive a Firm Order Commit (FOC) date from us once the order is confirmed.
4. Install your phones. Phones will arrive plug & play and ready to use. Read this online article for details on how to get your new phones up and running. If you've chosen installation to be performed by one of our technicians, please schedule your installation. We typically book 10 business days out to allow time for your equipment to arrive and your network to be prepared for VoIP.
