To use the CRM Connect chrome extension, your Hubspot administrator needs to set up a private app on your Hubspot account. Once set up, you will need the Access Token to send to SimpleVoIP to provision service for your company.
Administrator Setup: Create a Legacy Application
- Click the Settings Icon and navigate to Integrations--Legacy Apps
- Click Create New and select Private App
- Give the app a name (like "SimpleVoIP CRM Connect"
- Select the Scopes tab and add the following scopes:

- Save the application and copy the Access Token and Account ID. Send both to SimpleVoIP support or your Customer Success Manager.
Account ID is found by clicking your company name in the top right of the screen and will be a 9 digit number under the name of the company like this:
