Step 1: Log in to the Admin Portal
- Go to admin.simplevoip.com and enter your credentials to log in.
Step 2: Locate the User's Phone
- Find the status phone icon that corresponds to the location of the user for whom you want to enable SimplyAI.
- Click on the status phone icon to proceed.
Step 3: Select the Specific Phone
- Click on the status phone icon for the specific phone where you want to enable this feature.
Step 4: Access the AI Calling Settings
- Navigate to the AI Calling tab.
Step 5: Enable AI Calling
- Toggle the AI Calling switch to the "ON" position.
Step 6: Enable Email Notifications (Recommended)
- Ensure the "Email Notify" toggle is enabled. This allows you to receive call summaries via email.
- Once the toggles are turned on, SimplyAI will be enabled for the selected phone.
Other options you can enable or disable:
Transcription: Transcribes the entire call into text (required for all SimplyAI features, so if you'd like the feature to work, this needs to be enabled).
Summary: Generates a brief summary of the transcribed call.
Sentiment Analysis: Analyzes the verbal tone of the transcription and classifies the call as positive, negative, or neutral.
Email Notification: Sends an email notification to the user after each call, including the transcription and any relevant data.
