Enhanced Analytics - Missed Calls, Lost Calls base reports
We have added two new base reports to help track customer interactions.
The "Missed Calls List" provides a list of all inbound calls that rang at least one end user device without successfully reaching an end user.
The "Lost Calls List" contains missed calls that have not yet been returned by a user at the originally dialed location, allowing you to track how effectively you are returning missed calls.
Fixes
- Admin portal account syncs will no longer halt when users with invalid call forwarding configurations are encountered
- The Enhanced Analytics "Call Summary by User/Device" reports now accurately reflect all calls that rang the device in the "Inbound calls" column, even if the call was answered elsewhere (i.e. by another ring group member). Inbound calls will only be considered "missed" if they were unanswered by all users/devices that were attempted.
