Notification Thresholds
We heard your feedback! There are now configurable settings that allow you to limit notifications based on call duration (e.g. only notify on calls longer than 60 seconds) or based on sentiment (e.g. only notify on negative calls). These settings can be found alongside the other user settings in our Admin Portal.
Click on the phone icon on the left side.
Then, click on the SimplyAI tab to limit your notifications based on call duration.
Configurable Email Destinations
An "Additional Emails" field has been added to the SimplyAI settings to allow sending notifications to a manager or a team distribution list. We've also added a checkbox that allows you to disable the email notifications to the individual user in case you don't want them to receive the notifications themselves.
Improved Call Summaries
We previously imposed a 50-word limit on the AI-generated summaries, which was too short for lengthy calls. This limit has been removed, giving the AI model more leeway to summarize appropriately for the length of the conversation.
We're also using call data to provide more context to the model to generate more meaningful summaries.
Caller Insight
Our Caller Insight platform now supports Fishbowl as an alternative data source to OpenTable. Ask us for more details!
Fixes
- Enhanced Analytics timezone handling has been improved. Many items were previously treated as UTC (Universal Coordinated Time) without being explicitly labeled as such, including the date filters on ad-hoc reports, which was confusing. All dates & times should now appear in your browser's local time.
- Navigating results in Enhanced Analytics is now easier - a horizontal scrollbar has been added to the result set.
- The "Next Run" field within the EA Scheduled Reports tab will now show the correct "Next Run" time based on the report schedule and the last recorded execution.
- Sending a fax via the SV Mobile app will now correctly send an email delivery notification (success or failure) to the sender when the fax transmission ends.
