Enhanced Analytics officially launched!
Our new reporting platform is now available in our admin portal at https://admin.simplevoip.us. Click the shiny new button in the header bar and check it out!
Some previously available report interfaces have been consolidated here (SMS Reports, diagnostic Call Records), but the really exciting stuff is in the Call Reports tab:
Run ad-hoc reports
Set your desired time range and list of locations, then choose an available report from the list on the left to run it. Your filters will remain in place as you change reports, so you can easily get different views of your call data for the same set of constraints. More off-the-rack base report options will be coming very soon!
Save custom reports
If you have a set of parameters you would like to report on frequently, say, "the past week's call data for these 15 stores", you can save that report to the list on the left for easy access. Then it'll be available at the click of a button!
Schedule report delivery
Once a report is saved with custom filter parameters, you can schedule delivery of that report on an ongoing basis. Supported delivery methods are email and webhook (HTTP POST).
Fixes
- Our SimplyAI transcription should now handle periods of extended silence or hold music without trying to fill in those gaps with repeated or hallucinated phrases.
- Improved phone config template handling for wholesale customers.
