Our agent portal is located at https://simplevoip.agentclick.com/.
Partners can do the following in the Agent Portal:
- View customer payment status
- Create and export commission reports
- View pending commissions
To get started, login using your credentials provided by us at https://simplevoip.agentclick.com/. If you don't have a login, please contact us by opening a ticket or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Navigate to Customers-->Customer Search
Select "Parent" for Account Type and click the Search button:
Navigate to Management-->Reports.
There are 3 buckets of reports:
- By Agent - this shows a summary view by agent
- By Customer - breaks down by customer and customer location
- By Line - breaks down by customer, location and line (generally not applicable, so this will be the same as By Customer)
There are 3 commission statuses that drive these reports:
- Hold - the commission has been generated, which means the revenue has been invoiced to the customer. It's not eligible for payment yet.
- Pending - commission is eligible for payment to the agent, which means the customer has paid their invoice for these items.
- Posted - commission has been paid by SimpleVoIP to the agent. This is your monthly commission report (By Customer) that we email to you
