We accept payments via ACH (eCheck), wire or credit card (with a fee). The best way to pay your bill is in our Customer Billing Portal, located at: https://simplevoip.billcenter.net/
You can view and download bill copies, set up automatic payments and make payments online using a bank account or credit card.
If you'd like to send us an ACH directly, please open a ticket with email@example.com and request our ACH info.
We created an online account for your designated billing contact when you originally signed up for service with us. There can only be 1 active login per customer.

If you don't have an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to activate your account. You will receive an email back with your account number and a registration code you can use to create a new account.

Log in to the Billing Portal
- Navigate to https://simplevoip.billcenter.net/
- Enter your login credentials or click "Sign up for an account"
View and Pay Bills Online
Once you are logged in, select an action from the top navigation bar:
- View & Pay Bills: this section will allow you to download PDF copies of your bills, view all payments made as well as set up Auto Pay
- Create: this is used to create a one time payment
- Settings: update the email address bills get sent to monthly
Set set up automatic payments (required) click View & Pay Bills--> Autopay
Click and fill on your payment information. Please note there may be processing fee associated with credit cards.
