Panasonic TPA60: Cordless Phone not Ringing

If your TPA60 device is not ringing, and the base is online and registered, please try the following steps to remedy the issue:

1. Activate the phone
2. Look for a bell with a slash through it.
   
3. This indicates that the phone is in silent mode.
4. Find the star key * 
5. Press and hold until the symbol disappears.
6. Use the arrows to save the volume of the phone ringer.
