Bug Fixes and Tweaks:

• Time of Day rules will allow proper setting of the Enabled flag again
• Invalid phone numbers in Blacklists (resulting from a previously fixed bug) will no longer be displayed.
• Ticket notes for phone UP/DOWN events should display more accurate timestamps
• Call quality trending charts have had a touch-up
