Add or Remove Call Forwarding
This article will assist you with adding or removing call forwarding for your entire site.
Add Call Forwarding
- Log in to the SV Portal with your email and password.
- Search for the site that you would like to enable call forwarding on.
- Click the icon under status showing online devices.
- Select the phone icon under status.
- Select Call Forwarding on top of the new screen.
- Enter in the phone number and select update.
This will turn on call forwarding
Remove Call Forwarding
To remove call forwarding for your site:
- Click the button under " Forwarding Activated" to toggle off and disable call forwarding.
