Optimized Device Downtime Display in Admin Portal
In our commitment to delivering accurate and reliable metrics, we have addressed a discrepancy in device downtime representation. The Admin portal now provides a precise reflection of device offline durations.
Music-on-Hold Upload Notification
We have refined the music-on-hold upload process. Any prior inconsistencies, where a notification error may have been presented after a successful upload, have been rectified by our team.
Bulk Approval of Quoted Orders
We’ve improved the bulk approval of quoted orders in our continuous effort to enhance user experience within our platform. If there were instances where the signer’s name appeared empty during this process, this has now been corrected.
Improved Call Recording Access
Enhancements have been made to the Admin portal, ensuring streamlined access to user-level call recordings. Additionally, playback options have been refined to align accurately with available call recordings.
User Administration Experience
Error messages are now more informative and provide better guidance on resolving any issues. Additionally, the necessity for customer admin users to provide a phone number upon creation of orders has been removed, offering more flexibility in user setup.

SMS Short Code Support
We’ve expanded our SMS capabilities to support messages from SMS short codes. This includes two-factor authentication (2FA) messages, commonly sent from shorter numbers. Now, you can receive these messages through our current SMS delivery methods (Email, SimpleVoIP Mobile App, Curbside Pick-Up, Webhook.)
SMS Distribution Groups
We are excited to introduce SMS “distribution groups,” a feature that facilitates collective two-way communication via a single SMS number. This is particularly useful for teams or departments within an organization, allowing for streamlined communication and responses through a central SMS number.
Custom Directories in SV Mobile App
To improve your contact management experience on the SimpleVoIP Mobile App, we’ve integrated custom directories within the Contacts tab per request. This ensures that you can organize and access your contacts in a way that suits your company’s needs.
